CHARGE FOR ELECTRICITY.
Per Press Association. GOKE, Jan. 25. The Mayor (Mr Newman) to-day announced that the Government was indebted to Gore electricity consumers to the extent of approximately £6OOO as an overcharge for current since December. 1932. The agreement then negotiated had been violated to date, and thei arbitrator’s verdict favourecL the Gore I consumers.
