STRUCK BREAKWATER.
MINESWEEPER DAMAGED. LONDON, Jan. 27. His Majesty’s minesweeper Hazard, when entering Portland Harbour, struck the breakwater. She was towed to a mooring in the dockyard. The Admiralty stated that as far as could be ascertained there was only superficial damage, but from unofficial sources it was learned that five watertight compartments were stove in.
