RECALL OF COMMANDER. ITALIANS PERTURBED. Received January 31, 9.35 a.m. LONDON, Jan. 30. The British -United Press correspondent at Rome says that Government circles are perturbed that Marshal Graziani’s imminent return from Abyssinia will be interpreted as a sign of weakness in the face of tVe recent disclosures of difficulties after Marshal Graziani’s request to remain to quell disorders, before handing over the pacified territory to his successor, the Duke of Daosta.
