It is reliably estimated that Germany lias lost over 200 ’planes in the Norwegian campaign, largely as the result of R.A.E. bombing. Tlie Fleet- . Air Arm and anti-aircraft guns have brought down over 30 German ’planes. The British- losses in Norway have not exceeded 37 ’planes, of which 16 were lost raiding air bases, five raiding enemy naval vessels, and 16 in other operations. The R.A.F. raids have entailed a flight of about 1000 miles for each lieavily-loaded bomber. ; The King to-day decorated a number of R.A.F. officers for gallantry in Norway. Tlieir relatives were invited to attend the investiture at Buckingham Palace.
