DUBLIN, Alay 9. " The Deputy-Premier (Air Sean O’Kelly), introducing a i “poor man’s budget” in the Dail, estimated revenue at £32,968,000 and expenditure at £35,584,000. He recommended an increase in surtax ori incomes exceeding £20,000 a year and an increase of 2s 6d in wireless license lees. The Budget reduces the cost of cheap tobacco by Id an ounce.
