UNREST IN MOROCCO.
FRENCH OFFICERS ARRESTED.
(Rec. 12.25 p.m.') ROME, Sept. 12. Reports from R bat (French Morocci) state that many French officers have been arrested for revolting against the Petain Government and conducting propaganda on behalf of General dc Gaulle and the “free” French forces.
