I, the undersigned, being appointed Registrar of Dogs for the Manawatu ,Gounty under " The Dog Nuisance Act, 1863," call the attention of the public to .clause 7 : — "Any person owning, maintaining, or having charge of a dog six months old, unregistered, shall be liable to a penalty of not exceeding -Five Pounds for every dog so owned, maintained, or being m his charge."
