Every lot submitted will be carefully valued prior to the sale, thus affording the owners the satisfaction of knowing that no lots will be sa< rificed, but that full market rates will be obtained. The Company acting strictly as SELLING BROKERS ONLY Is a further guarantee that all produce will realise ITS HIGHEST VALUE. The charges will be moderate. On wool offered for sale and withdrawn the nominal charge is Is per bale. On wool sold the following is the scale : Receiving, weighing, warehousing, and store, l-Bth of a penny per lb. Repacking sample bales (when required), 5s per bale. Insurance. — 2s 6d per cent, on market value. This charge protectg the goods from the time t'iey enter the warehouse, I and is made m all cases, unless specially instructed to the contrary. Advertising on sale and cataloguing, 3d. per bale. [ Commission on sales over £500, l£ per cent. ; under that sum, 2| per cent. Charges on Produce. — On sheepskins and hides, 2>\ per cent, commission only. On tallow* a receiving and delivering charge of 6d per cwt, m addition to commission of 2£ per cent., will be charged.
