We understand that Moss, one of the prospectors, being satisfied to part, with half of his claim, a meeting was held yesterday afternoon m Mr. Waldegrave's office, for the purpose of organising a company to work the reef. As our reporter was not invited, nor received any intimation of the meeting, we presume those by whom it was convened wished to secure privacy, and consequently we merely content, ourselves by intimating that such a gathering did take place.
