The following countrv players have accented the invitation to plav in Wnnsjunui against, the Australians ; Messss Ptirrington, Bitldiford Beresford, Miller, F. 8.-iylv. .G. Bavlv, Coutts. of P^ea C>u'i'V; Messrs Faulton and J. G. Wilson of Hnn» gitikei ; and Messrs Shorwul nnd Robinson of Manawatu. Messrs. Reid, of Prttea, and Samson and Simcox, of Mauawatu, bavo been a«ked, and their replies are espected sliortlv. The town players will be. selected from the following .-—Messrs. Anson, Barton, Cross, Lacey, Heenan, Notman, Saiindoy3, Whitford, Sinoltiir, Yernev, Moore, Rauson, M'iiresor. Rot'eram, and Wells.
