His father sued the Company yesterday for £200 damages. The evidence for piaiutiff swore that the' guard told the boy to jump off while the train was m motion.^ This the guard denied. The engine driver's evidence as to the train stopping was contradicted. Judgaient was giv«*n for the plaintiff for £100. The boy has been laid up .for three months, and states that hit memory is affected by the accident,
