From Messrs, Buo'key and Co , Bolici*ort, on behalf of a Mr. Bourke, re rates stated to have been paid to the Board m arrear. Besblved that the-,matter ba left m tha hands of the -*whairma_. From the Mana wan County Conncil a circular was received n» subsidies and grants to local bodies.
