A NEW DAILY PAPER.

A public meeting called by Joseph Ivess was held last night to consider the propriety of starting a company to establish a morning newspaper here. Mr. Ivtss stated that he had already £2500 towards the capital and another gentleman guaranteed a further £500. It was resolved to float a company with a capital of 45500Q m L 5 shares. Mr Ivess stated that the plant was on the way from England, and would be here m a few days. A committee was appointed to carry out the project.
