i GftBTMOUTH, Moxday. Very little evidence of any moment was elicited during the : hearing of the murder case at the B.M. Courfc.7 Aftar the Magistrate had cautioned the prisoner m the usual way, M'Gahey said he had nothing to say, except that he was innocent and would rreßerve his defence. He was then committedrto take his trial at the next criminal sessions at Hokitika.
