WEST COAST RAILWAY. WELLINGTON, Last night. The applications for shares m the West Coast Railway Company, (North Island), already considerably exceed the £50,000 required, and all the returns from Brokers and Agents are not yet to hand. A meeting of Provisional Directors is called for next Monday to take steps for the registration of the Company, and the allotment of Shares. MAORI PRISONERS. The released Maori prisoners left here for Taranaki this afternoon.
