MELBOURNE, Saturdat. In the Legislative Assembly last night the Reform Bill jwas again under consideration. After further debate the Bill was passed, the amendments of the Legislative, Council being adopted, with tbe exception of the alteration of the fr*n|Cb.Ufe qualification. -, A , clause contained iih the Bill; which originated m the Council, for the abolition of plural voting, Jwijsimoreqver inserted m the, Bill. Tbe latter, as p&ssed by the Assembly, will Jaow.be sent to the Council for further consideration, an<l the ultimate fate ofthe measure m uncertain. / ;
