On Parliament reassembling to day, Mr B. rry made a statement m which he counrmed the announcement: of the decision of the Ministerial caucus.: Sir Bryan o'Loghlen thereupon moved that another conference of the two Houses should be held on the Bill; A desultory debate followed and still continues. .
