The debate on the Representation Bill was. renewed 10-day,> Leveseam w st i> ong:y opposed, Hutc'iison supported, second reading, bui objected to single electorates. Russell condemned the Bill altogether, and woule vote against it. The debate was interrupted by adjournment.
