FIRES.
BUNEDIN, August 17. Hilgendrof's store Wailiola, has been burned down. It was insured m the Colonial office for £200. The ownev estimates] his loss at £300 above the insurance. A five-roomed house at Port Chalmers, occupied by Robert Hastie, was burned down this morning The building aud contents were insured m the Northern for £300.
