Toadminister the willsof all persons who by a pointing the Public Trustee as their executor secure the guarantee of the State for the due fu.film-nt of their wishes and avoid the risk consequent on tbe appointment of private persons as executors, who not unfrequently, though earnestly : desirous of acting for the benrfit of parties interested, fail to carry out legally tbe objects for which they were appointed, and consequently involve themselves and those whose interests they are strivi iig to pvotect m costly and harassing litigation. 3.
