Tuadminister the willsof all persons who by a- pointing the Public Trusfee as * their executos secure the guarantee of the State for tie due fulfilment of their wishes and avoid the risk consequent on the appointment of private persons as executors, wbo not ujo,freq,uently, though earnestly desirous of acting for the benefit of par-, ties interested, fail to carry ont legalrv ti\e objects for which they were appointed, and consequently involve themselves and tho«e whose interests they are striving to J protect m costly and harassing litiga-_ tion. 3. To take one administrntion of all estates of' which no disposition has been.. made by will, whenever relatives do not wish to in'-ure the responsibility of administration, or cannot from any cau«e obt-iui tbe necessary powers to act. Tn such rases, it is the duty of the Ptiblin Trustee to discharge all lega! debts so far the assets extend; an/1 divide the residue amonsrst the next of kin. 4.
