This was an act ; on brought by the p^int'fe for the recovery of £9 3s, forlgoods supplied to the defendants whilst employed at bushfelling^ for Mr. Hughes. The latter stated that they had on Mr. Hughes authority, obtained the gonih from Messrs. Kinar Bros, and that tbs amount due for such provisions had .b^.;'deducted from their earnings by M .
