THAMES, Mokdat.' A fresh outbreak of scarlet fever has taken place, and two fatal cases occured on Salimlay. TKe officer of the Boai-d of Health rej)orts tin's morning that all families m which the disease appeared wore served wilh milk, from a particular dairy-, and the- medical officer is' now'investigating the subject.
