AYOUB KHAN.
/The "Times" to-day publishes a telegram from Tnd : n, stating that newß"has been received frera Candaharthat Ayoub Khan has proclaimed his intention of not proceeding with any further hostile action agaiiist the Ameer, and that he has iuvHed recruits for a " Jehad," or holy war, against the English m Afghanistan. The proclamation is, however,- believed by the 'Times," correspondent to be a ruse.on the part of Ayoub., to obtain arms.
