There were one or- two gentlemen of teetotal principles, who when defending the Feilding Licensing Bench against the majority — who were launching out m rather warm terms against that body for their action with regard to licensing the Awa Huri Hotel -—got into rather hot quarters. . The feeling was decidedly m favor of the h«use being licened, and resolutions to that effect were passed.
