The effective check which is callec? into operation before any monies can be drawn from the Public Trustee's account. 6. Seasonable charges : On estates, such as are now being considered, the Public Trustee is authorised to charge l£d per cent on disbursements, and one quarrer per cent on a n monies invested No charge is made foi probate, nor for passing stamp and property tax letnrn. .nor for correspondence, however voluinino»-.
