PUBLIO NOTICE is hereby given that the Manchester Road Board proposes to construct the following rbads, or parts thereof within the Manchester Road District 'under the provisions of the Roads and Bridges Construction Act, 1882, relating to District Roads viz;— 1 Ulysses, Jones, Makara, Bunny thorpo, Whibley's Mangaone, Junction, Valley and Midland, Wilson's Spur and Taonui Roads. The estimated cost thereof is £18,038 2s Gd. 2 Tho amount of payment required on the above is £1623 0s Od annually for 15 years, aud tho amount of special rate required to meet this is one aiid onesixth of a penny m tho pouud on the rateable value of property within the Manchester Eoad District. 8 xhe plans, specifications and detailed estimates of the cost of the proposed works may be seen at the office of the Manchester Koad Board during the ordinary business hours. 4 The poll for or against the abovo Bpecial rate, wili be taken on Wednesday, tho 13th day of June, 1883, at the Koad Board office.
