Dairy Produce. —Boll butler soid at from Is 4d to Is lCd per lb, keg butter from Is 4d to Is lid per lb ; hen eggs (fresh laid) per dozen were lower in value, Is 6d to Is lOd ; cheese, 4d to 6id ; bacon, 8d to 10£tl; ham. lid to Is Id ; lard 9a to lOd ; honey, 6d to 6d ; beeswax, 9d to lOd per lb. Timber,—This market, as regards cedar and pine, is almost at a standsti 1 owing to the exce.-s vely large iuipoi ta--tious of America n lumber, New Zealand kauri, and -Baltic pine ; but very little uusiutss has been done for some tune past. Cedar, in logs of prime quality, saleable at 28' per 100ft super, ..nd second class at 21s per 100ft. Pine, iu log, not in much demand; good samj-k'S saleable at 12s per 100ft, #iitu measurement. Hardwood, in log, a con taut demand at 8 per 100ft, super. Sawn hardwood continues iu exteusive demand ; assorted cargoes are worth 10s to"11s per looort super. Forest oak shiuglt-8, small demand, 18s to 20s best quality. Laths scarce, 3ft length, 12s : 3ft 6in, 13s 6d ; 4fc, 16s. colonial staves, 4ft 6xl, £7 per 1000. Naves, in the rough, ironbark, tiOs per ton at railway, Sydney Spokes, V2s to 14b per 100. Posts and rails. 7os to 85s per 100. Felloes, 3 x 2£. 50s, up to 5 x 4, 85s, in constant demand.
