Seme time ago we intimated that Mr H. Wollerman, of the Bell i Brewery intended erecting lai'ge wine and spirit storey, and yesterday we had an opportunity of inspecting very tasteful plans of these which have been designed by Mr E. Lar.coinb, The building will have a frontage of 40 feet (p Fitsberbert Street and of 36 feet to Ferguson Street and will be 82 feet high. The space on the ground floor will be occupied by a shop 23ft by 21ft lit by large windows from both streets, and six living rooms. The upstah'S portion will be divided into five large rooms Judging from the plans the building will present a very handsome appearance when completed. We are .informed that teuders will shortly lj)e called for its erection. > ,
