This promise .is contingent upon Government carrying- m tlx) House the item set down ou the Estimates for Drill Sheds. Land Ad j oining Volunteer Reserve. Be Section 950, applied for by the Volunteers for drill purposes.-—-Arrangements have been made bo that the use of same- shall be available for the purpose.
