NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Seotions 49 and 50 of the Boads and Bridges Construction Act, 1882, that the Oroua County Council propose to construct the road known as the Stoney Creek road, from its junction with the PalnierstonsNapier Rpa4 to Bunny thprpe, an4 that the estimated cost of the part for which a Bpecial rate over certain properties in the Taonui Riding is now required is £1440. The yearly payment required to be made thereon is $37 10s, and the amount of special race required to meet such payment i8 one and one-tenth of a penny (1 l-10d) in the £, annually on the rateable value of the following sections in the Taonui Biding, viz: — 12 — 17, 36—47, 499—508, 1527—1531, 1487 —1505. The plans and snecifieations, and detailed estimates of the cost of the proposed works may be seen at +he County Oouncil office, Feilding, during ordinary business hours.
