No entry will be received for any Race except upon this condition,— That all Disputes, Claims and Objections arising ont of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upou all points connected with the carrying out of this Programme shall be final. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Palmerston North ; entrance i m«ney enclosed with name, age at the time j of entry, pedigree, and, m the case of Handicaps, performances Of the horse, name of the owner, and colors of the rider. Any jockey riding except m the colors en- j tered will be fined 3 aovs. I When two or more horses start the property of the same owner, a distinguishing color must be worn. All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to that efiect to the Secretary 01 Clerk of the Scales one half- hour before, starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this Rule shall pay a fine of 5 soys. to the Bace Fund. All race's to be run under the W.J.O. Rules. Horsps walking over will only receive half the stakes. No hQrse to save ais stakes 1 m any race except where otherwise specified.
