No entry will be received for any Race except upon this condition,— That all Disputes, Claims and Objections arising ont of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upou all points connected with the carrying out of this Programme shall be final. All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to that efiect to the Secretary 01 Clerk of the Scales one half- hour before, starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this Rule shall pay a fine of 5 soys. to the Bace Fund. All race's to be run under the W.J.O. Rules.
