Passengers are strongly recommended to have their Names and the Station to which they are pro. ceeding distinctly marked on their Luggage and to satisfy themselves that it is placed upon the Train, as the Railway Department will not be responsible unless it is booked and paid for. Passengers can be booked at Stations only- on condition that there is loomin the Train. Children under three years' of age travel free ; over three and under twelve years of age, half-fare. . >. HORSES, CARRIAGES, &c.— The Railway Department does not undertake,. to forward Horses antf Carriages by a y par* ticular Train'; but whet sent they custbe at the Forwarding Station half-an-hour before the departure of the Train. Th^e owners of Horses mu -t provide means of securing them m the Howe-box, and- the ail way Department will not- be accountable for any injuries sustained through their breaking lbose or other'wise ; hor will it undertake to carry unbroken or vicious Hordes. At Country Stations requisitions for Horse-boxes or Carriage- tru -ks must be made the. day..before they are wanted.
