(to the editor daily times.) Sib,— -Will you permit me through your valuable paper to call attention to the large number of wandering cattle usually on Main street ami the Foil on line. Last right there were quite a number, and the night before it was jnet the dame. Perhaps the ranger thinks now he is dispensed with he is not called upon to earn his money, but while .he is paid he should do the- work.— l »m, &0., ■ ' ■''■■■■'■■■ '■'■■> A.B.C. Wednesday evening.
