Parcels and Goods from all Roadside stations, Platforihs, and Private Sidings can be made topay at Wanganui, Aramoho, Waitotara, Waverley, Maautahi, ' Patea, Fordell; Turakina. Marton' Greatford,- HaU combe, Feilding, Palmerston, and FoxtOn; and at New Plymouth, Sentry Hill. Waitara, Inglewood, , Stratford, ■ , HNormjanbyj-J^f and Hav»>e.*a. .' ,7. . > -. .: . The^Bailway Department doe's not, pledge itself ' 6 to' the despatch, or .arrival ' of, ..the.' Trains at the exact time notified m the above Tables, and m the even^ of any circumstanced arising .either dijriog,or prior to the journey beirig made, which may render it impossible or inexpedient for the Train to proceed, wiil return the fares but does not^undertakc to forward the Passengers. .■> .'■' ••'' • Any Passenger getting into a train at a Booking Station without a ticket, will be charged one shilling m addition to the or* dinary fare. LUGGAGE. — Each passenger is allowed to tnke 1 1216 of PERSONAL luggage (NOT INCLUDING MERCHANDISE of a_y kind) and for every 561 b above this weight, for every 50 miles or fraction of 50 miles, the charge' will be One Shilling. No luggage will be allowed to be taken into the Carriages, unless of such a size- that it can be placed under the seat without inconvenience to other Passengers. Passengers are strongly recommended to have their Names and ,the Station to which they are proceeding distinctly marked on their Luggage ,ancl to satisfy themselves that- it is placed upo(n the Tiain, as the Bail way Department will not be responsible unless it is booked aud paid for. Passengers can be booked at Stations only on condition that there is room m the Train. Children under three years of age travel free,; over. three and under twelve years of age, half- fare. HORSES, CARRIAGES, &c— The Railway ,Diipaitaient dues not undertake to forward Horses and Carriages by any par» ticular Train ; but whei sent they cust be at the Forwarding Station haff.an-honr before the departure of the Train. Th,e owners of Horses mu-«t provide means of securing them m the Hor?e'boxj and the ailway. Department will not be account? able for any injuries sustained through their breaking loose or otherwise, nor will it undertake to carry unbroken or vicious Horseß. At Country Stations requisitions -forjHorse-boxes or Carriage-trucks must be made the day hefore they arc wanted. DOGS must be provided with chains, ' or other Sufficient means of securing them. I They will not be allowed m carriages and the! sender must obtain a ticket, to be given ' ap befyre the end of the .journey, before the Dog is delivered.
