Manawatu Eoad Board. NOTICE 18 Hereby given that m accordance with sections 49 and 00 of the Roads and Bridges Construction. Act, 1882, that the Manawatu Eoad Board propose to construct the road known as the Tiritea Line, Fitzherbert and that the estimated cost of the part for which a special rate over certain properties m the Fitzherbert Riding is now required, i 8 LBOO. PARMjSES' LOTS, no matter how small, also receive the same efficient attention, No lots are sold at below the reserves fixed by consignors, and m those cases where specific instructions are not furnished, the Company's valuation is adopted as a reserve. The Company further acts AS SELLING BROKERS ONLY, an additional guarantee that clients' interests will be protected. Should satisfactory prices not be realized the Company offers the alternative course of shipment j no warehouse charges whatever being made on wools thus withdrawn from sale.
