Parcels and Goods for all Roadside Stations, Platforms, and Private Sidines must be pre-paid. and will be put out on the Platforms of those stations at the risk of the consignee. ( . ' Parcels and Goods from all' Foadside Stations, Platforms, and Private Sidings cab be made to pay, at Wanganui, Aramoho,Waitotara, ; Waverley, Manutahi.^Patea, Fordell, Turakina, Marton, Greatfprd, Halcombe, Feilding, Palmerston, and' Foxtcn ; and at New Plymouth, Sentry HilLWaifcara. ' . Any Passenger getting into a train at a Booking Station without a ticket, will be charged one shilling m addition to the ordinary fare. LUGGAGE.— Each passenger is allowed to t-.ke 1121 b of PERSONAL luggage fNOT INCLUDING MERCHANDISE of any kind) and for every 561 b above thid weight, for every 50 miles or fraction of 50 miles, the charge will be One Shilling. Passengers are strongly recommended to have their Names and the Station towhioh they are proceeding distinctly marked on their Luggage and to satisfy themselves that it is placed upon the 1 Train, as the Railway Department will not be responsible uqless it is booked and paid for. Passneers can be booked at Stations only on condition that there is room m the Train . Oh ildren under three years of age travel free ; over three and under twelve years of age, half-fare. HORSES, CARRIAGES, &c.-The Railway Department does not undertake to forward Horses and Carriages by a>'y particular Train ; but when gent ttiev cuet be at the Forwarding Station hallan-hour before the departure of the Train. The ow.ier? of Hors-is must provide means of securing them m the Horse-box, and the ailway Department will not be accountable for any injuries sustained through their breaking loose or otherwise, nor will it undertake to carry unbroken or vicious Horaes. At Country Stations requisitions for Horse-boxes or Carriage-trucks must be made the day before they are wanted. DOGS . must be provided with chains, or other sufficient means of securing them-.
