ThTe owners of Horses must provide means of securing them m the Horse- box, 1 and the ailway Department will no.t able for any injuries sustained through their breaking loose or otherwise; nor will it' '• undertake to carry unbroken or viciotis Horaes. At Country Stations requisitions for Horse-boxes or. Carriage- trucks must be made the day before they are wanted, DOGS be provided with , chains, or other sufficient means of securing them.
