Those persons who rushed into the Banjjruptcy Court at the end of the year, hoping tq find greater ease m the old law than the new, may be disappointed to find that m the new Act it is provided that " all estates and persons brought under the operations of the said repealed Acts or any of them before the commencement of this Act shall be subject to the provisions of the said Acts as if the same had not been repealed, or may, if so ordered by the Court, be dealt with under the provisions of this Act."
