The following were the Palmerston scores : — Macquarrie, 17 and 1 , Watst n, 10 and 6 ; Martin, I and 0 ; Salmon, 14 and 11 ; Charles, 1 and 0 ; Fulton, i'l and 1 ; Lambart, 0 and 1 ; Pla'tts, 4 and 0 ; G. Lloyd, 0 and 0; Rnssell, 0 and 0; H. Lloyd, 0 and 1 ; extras, 4 and 3. Salmon's bowling m the second innings of the Feilding team was very effective.
