HORSES, CARRIAGES, &c.— The Railway Department does not undertake to forward Horses and Carriages by a>iy par« ticular Train ; but when sent they aust be at the Forwarding Station half-an-hour before the departure of the Train. At Country Stations requisitions 1 for Horse-boxes or Carria«fe-<ru.ks must be made the day Hefore, they are wanted. DUGS must be provided with chains, or other sufficient means of securing them.
