" Nemo nic impune lacessit." To the Editor. Sir, — Re Court Case — Symons v Symons — m your yesterday's issue, kindly insert the following : — Defendant's statements were a tissue of lies. As to his character I leave that to the public, who know; him better than I do; but why his embryo attorney should drag my name through the mire, because I; happened to be a tenant of the plain* tiff's, is more than I can account for.
