Passengers aro strong'y recommended to have their Nam'*B and the Station to which they are proceeding distinctly marked on their Luggago and to satisfy themselves that it is placed upon the Tiain, as the Railway Department will not be responsible v iless it is booked and paid for. Passengers can be booked at Stations only on condition that there is room m the Train, Children under three years of age travel free ; over three and under twelve years of age half-fare. HORSES, CARRIAGES, &c— The Railway Depaitmeit does l.ofc undertake to forward Horses ami Carriages by a y particular Train ; but whe-i sent they custbe at the Forwarding Station halfnn-hour before the departure of the Train. The owf.er.i of Horses mu<t pri.vile means of securing th«m m the Hor e-box, arid the ailway Department will not be accountable for any injuvies sustained through their breaking loose or otherwise, nor will it undertake to carry unbroken or vicious Horses. At Country Stations requisitions for Horse-boxes or Carriage- tru ks must be made the day before they are wanted. DOG.S must be provided with chains, or other sufficient means of securing them. They will not be allowed m carriages and the sender must obtain a ticket, to be given up before the end of the journey, before the Dog is delivered. RETURN or PERIODICAL TICKRTS will not be available tor Special and Excursion Trains, except when the Ordinary 1 Time Table is suspended. PLATFORMS ONLY— Trains do not stop at theße unless required. Notice should be given to the Guard at ,the pre« vious stopping Station.
