LUGGAGE.— Each passenger is allowed to take 1121 bof PERSONAL luggage (NOT INCLUDING MERCHANDISE of any kind) and for every 561 b above thid weight, fox every 50 miles or fraction of 50 miles, the charge will be. One Shilling. No luggage will be al'owed to be taken into the Carriages, unless of such a size that it can I be placed under the seat without inconvenience to other Passengers. Passengers are strongly recommended to have their Names and the Station to which are pro* ceedingdistinctly marked on their Luggage and to satisfy themselves that it is placed upon the. Train, as the Railway Department will not be responsible uuless it is booked and paid for. Passengers caa be booked at Stations only on condition that there is room m the Train. Children under three years of age travel free } over three and under twelve years of age, half-fare. HOUSES, CARRIAGES, &c— The Railway Department does not undertake to forward Horses and Carnages by any par» ticular Train ; but when sent they isust be at the Forwarding Station half-an-hour before the '' departure of the Train. Th c owuers of Horses must provide means of Securing them m the Horee-box, and the a ailway Department will not be accountable for any injuries' sustained through heir breaking loose or ofcherwise ; nor will it undertake to carry unbroken or vicious Horses. At Country Stations requisitions for Horse-boxes or Carriage- trucks must be made the day before they are wanted. DO$ S must be provided with chains, or other sufficient means of securing them. They will not be allowed m carriages and the sender must obtain a ticket, to be given up before the end of the journey, before the Dog is delivered, KBTURN or .PERIODICAL TICKETS will not be available tor Special and Excursion Trains, except when the Ordinary Time Table is suspended. PLATFORMS ONLY— Trains do not stop at these unless required. Notice should be giveu to the Guard at the prea viOus stopping' Station,.
