The owners of Horses must provide means of securing them m the Howe-box, and the aailway Department will not be accounttble for any injuries sustained through heir breaking loose or otherwise ; nor will it undertake' to carry unbroken or vicious Horses. At Country Stations requisitions for Horße-boxes or Carriage-trucks must be made the day before they are wanted. * DOGS must be provided with chains, 1 or other sufficient means of securing them.
