HORSES, CARRIAGES, &c— Tbe Railway Department does uot undertake to forward Horses and Carriages by aoy par* ticular Train ; but when sent they Eust be at the Forwarding Station half- an-hour before the departure of the Train. RETURN or PERIODICAL TICKETS will not be available tor Special and Excursion Trains, except when the Ordinary Time Table is suspended.
