Tbe Eailway Department does not pledge ytsflf to the despatch or arrival of tbe Trains at the exact time notified m the above Tables, and m the event of any circumstances adsing either daring or prior to the journey being made, which may render it impossible or inexpedient for the Train to proceed, will return the fares paid; but does not undertake to forward the Passengers. Any Passenger getting into a train at a Booking Station without a ticket, will be charged one shilling m addition to the or. dinary fare.
