NELSON.
July 2. Mr 0. Buuny, solicitor, was charged to day with receiving £70 from Mr Chapmau for the purchase of certain land from Mr Pearce, of Wellington, and converting the same To his own use and benefit. He was ultimately committed to take his trial at the next sitting of the Supreme Couit, bail being allowed — accused ia £200 and two sureties of £100 each. The bail was forth* coming.
