Marton, Greatford, Halcombe, Feilding, Palmerston, and Foxton ; and at New Plymomh, Sentry Bill, Waitara, Inglewood, Siratf;.rd, Normanby,"' and Hawe.a. The Eailway Department does not pledge itself to the despatch or arrival of the Trains at the exact time notified m the above-Tables, and m the event of any circumstances arising either during or prior to the journey being made, which may render it impossible or inexpedient for the Train to proceed, will return, the .fares paid, but does not undertake to forward the Passengers. Any Pa»senger getting into a train at a Booking station without a ticket, will be charged one shilling m addition, to the ordinary fare. HORSES, CARBIAGES, &c— The Railway Department does 'iipt undertake to forward Horses and Cnniagea by a^y par* ticular Train ; but when sent they nrust be at the Forwarding Station half- nn-bour before the departure of the Train. Th owners of Horses must provide means of securing 1 them m the Hor>e-box, and the ailway Department will not be accountable for any injuries sustained through heir breaking loose or otherwifie ; nor will it 1 undertake to carry unbroken or vicious Howes. At Country Stations requisitions for Horse-boxes or Carriage- trucks must be made the day before they are wanted. DOGS must be provided with chains, or other sufficient means of securing them; They will not be allowed m cariiages and the sender must oMain a ticket, 10 be given up liefoie the end of the journey, before the Dog is delivered.
