The Railway Department does not pledge itself, to the despatch or arrival of the Trains at the exact time notified m the above Tables, and m the event of any circumstances arising either during or prior to the journey being made, which may render it impossible or ; inexpedient for the Train to proceed, will return the fares paid, but does not undertake to forward the Passengers.
